2. SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide prepaid eSIM data roaming profiles for international travelers. Our services are strictly data-only plans and do not include local phone numbers, voice calling services, or SMS services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
By placing an order, the user acknowledges that they have verified their device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked. We assume no liability for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

4. FAIR USAGE POLICY (FUP)
Network speeds may be subject to fair usage policies enforced by local telecommunication partners in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Laos. If a user consumes an excessive amount of data in a short period, the local carrier reserves the right to throttle network speeds to ensure fair network distribution.
