DIGITAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. INSTANT DIGITAL DELIVERY
AsiaFlow eSIM operates a 100% paperless, eco-friendly digital fulfillment system. We DO NOT ship physical SIM cards or products to your physical address. 

2. DELIVERY METHOD & TIME
Upon successful verification of payment, your eSIM profile, along with a unique QR Code and step-by-step activation instructions, will be sent instantly via email to the email address provided during checkout. 
- Delivery Time: Typically within 2 to 15 minutes after order completion.

3. SPAM & EMAIL FILTER WARNING
If you do not see your eSIM QR code in your primary inbox within 15 minutes, please check your "Spam", "Junk", or "Promotions" folders before contacting support.

4. DELIVERY FAILS
If you still have not received your digital delivery within 30 minutes due to an internet delay, please instantly contact our 24/7 technical support team at support@asiaflowesim.com with your order number. We will manually reissue your eSIM profile immediately.
