REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE
AsiaFlow eSIM sells digital eSIM profiles ("Products"). Due to the digital nature of these products, once an eSIM QR code or activation profile has been delivered via email, it is considered "opened" and consumed. Therefore, all sales are final, and we generally DO NOT offer refunds or returns.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
A refund request will ONLY be investigated and potentially approved under the following strict conditions:
- The eSIM was purchased but NEVER delivered to the customer's email due to a system technical failure.
- The customer's device is technically compatible and unlocked, but the eSIM cannot be activated due to a confirmed network or technical issue on our end (verification from our technical support team is required).

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:
- The customer's device is not carrier-unlocked or does not support eSIM technology (It is the customer's sole responsibility to check device compatibility before purchasing).
- The customer has deleted the eSIM profile from their device after activation.
- The customer changes their mind or travel plans have been canceled.
- The network connection is poor due to local geographic terrain or carrier coverage issues outside of AsiaFlow's control.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund under eligible conditions, please contact our support team at support@asiaflowesim.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and technical screenshots of the error.
